Wine with food sushi
Which wine goes with sushi?
Sushi goes best with a dry, crisp white or a pale, dry rosé. The wine needs enough freshness for the rice vinegar and should not overpower the raw fish. Avoid heavy oaked wines and tannic reds, which taste metallic next to raw fish and soy sauce. Salmon and tuna can take a wine with a little more body.
