Terms and conditions
The agreement between you and us, in plain English.

1. Who we are

2. Age
We sell alcoholic drinks only to people aged 18 and over. You actively confirm your age with each order. Valid identification may be requested on delivery; without it, the order will not be handed over.
3. Ordering
Wine is sold by the bottle, with a minimum of one. An order is formed once you complete it and receive our confirmation.
4. Prices
Prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping is shown separately before payment. Obvious pricing errors are not binding.
5. Delivery
We deliver within the time shown on the website and notify you of delays. Delivery is to your stated address; alcohol is not left with neighbours.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel within 14 days if bottles are unopened and undamaged. Notify us by email. We refund the purchase price within fourteen days after receiving the return.
7. Complaints
Please report complaints promptly. We respond within five working days. If we cannot resolve it together, you may refer it to the relevant dispute body or court.
8. Governing law
Dutch law applies to these terms.
