In plain English: what we keep, why, and how you can have it removed.
Have this policy legally reviewed before launch. The controller, retention periods and processors must reflect the actual operation.
Who we are
Bullseye Wines, referred to below as “we”. Our full company details appear in the terms and conditions and at the bottom of every page.
Data we process
- Orders: your name, address, email address, phone number, payment details and confirmation that you are 18 or over. We need these to deliver and comply with the law.
- Waiting list and newsletter: your email address and, only if you enter it, your name. We use these solely to tell you when a drop opens. You confirm registration by email first.
- Taste quiz: your answers are held in your result link and in a cookie in your browser for six months. We do not connect them to your order.
Consent
Processing an order and permission for marketing are separate. You can order without subscribing and unsubscribe without affecting an order. Our boxes are never pre-ticked.
Retention
We keep order records for as long as tax law requires and waiting-list details until you unsubscribe. Exact periods to be confirmed.
Who receives data
Only providers needed to fulfil your order: payment, carrier, hosting and email providers. Provider names to be added.
Your rights
You may access, correct or erase your data and object to its use. Email us and we will help. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

We use functional cookies for the basket and taste profile. We place analytics or marketing cookies only with your consent. To be updated when analytics is selected.
