How your case reaches you
What it costs, how long it takes and what happens if something goes wrong.
- Ordering: from one bottle. Your purchases can remain in your cellar with us free of charge until you request delivery.
- Shipping: € 9,50 per shipment, regardless of bottle count. A full case of 6 is therefore best value per bottle.
- Delivery time: to be confirmed
- Returns: within 14 days, provided bottles are unopened and undamaged.
- Delivery: identification may be requested. Alcohol is not left with neighbours.
Delivery and age verification
We sell only to people aged 18 and over. You confirm this at checkout. The carrier may request valid identification. Alcohol is not left with neighbours; if nobody is home, the carrier will try again or leave a notice.
Packaging
Wine travels in packaging designed to protect bottles. A full case of 6 travels as one parcel; individual bottles can also be sent at the same shipment rate.
Returns
You may return your order within 14 days if bottles are unopened and undamaged. Contact us first. Return shipping is at your expense unless we made an error.
Damage or an incorrect delivery
If a bottle is broken or the order is incorrect, send us a photo within seven days. We will replace it or issue a refund.
